A rustic French baguette/bread box made of oak and pine. This box is hand carved in a country style. The lid has a small brass knob and is hinged with wooden dowels. The sides are joined together with handmade box joints. An unusual item sure to be a coversation piece in your kitchen. From France, circa late 19th century.
